WHAT TO EXPECT FROM COACHING
To start your Damascus coaching you will first need to APPLY below. If you qualify, there will be an initial 60 minutes discovery call with me. The purpose of this call is to learn more about you, your business, your current reality, and see if we can identify gaps that are keeping you from where you want to be. This is a POWERFUL conversation and we will possibly be going deeper than anyone has gone with you about your business and life. After the call if we are a good fit we will start working together and the onboarding process begins.
Your coaching includes 2 one hour meetings twice a month and a full day meeting with me in Texas. The meeting includes designated time to map out your customized business plan to crush your goals in 12 months to see exponential growth.
The monthly coaching calls will allow us to stay on track and handle challenges that prevent you from moving forward. We are going to dive DEEP. You will be exposed and vulnerable so we can uncover the limiting factors and beliefs holding you from taking action.

At Damascus we live by the principle of taking full ownership for our life and results. Integrity with oneself will be constantly developed in every stages of coaching. As a leader if we cannot honor our word we will not be able to lead others confidently. Everything starts and ends with your personal leadership. We will develop systems of accountability and time management for your personal and professional life that will allow you to master your time and create massive growth. In addition, the first stages of coaching will include uncovering your authentic vision, core value, and plan of action for the next 12 months.
» LEAD A WINNING TEAM
If you are leading and no one is following then you are just taking a walk. I will work with you to ensure you have the right people in your organization to support bringing your vision to life. Micromanaging and carrying the weight of your business will be a thing of the past. At the end of 12 months our clients will have a self governing team that makes decisions to serve your clients, create solutions to bring your vision to life, manage your business, and create time for you the Doctor to spend time on the things that bring you passion.

You are either being sold or you are selling. I will work with you on improving your communication to gain influence and increase your treatment acceptance for comprehensive dentistry. You will learn to be an assertive communicator capable of declaring your needs and understanding the needs of others.

At the end of 12 months your business will be fully systematized based on your individual vision and practice needs. It will NOT be a generic manual. We will support creating a living standard operation and procedure manual that your team will be trained on, kept accountable for, and allow you to do more with less energy and time.

Less than 6 months after receiving my dental license and a few thousand dollars in the bank I took over ownership of my dental practice. I already had two sons and was married to my high school sweet heart for over 14 years at this time. I was the first to go to college and dental school in my family and like you I had the burden of student loans on my shoulder.
I made COUNTLESS painful mistakes from waking up with only $5,000 in the bank account with payroll turning the next corner, hiring and firing like a revolving door, neglecting my health, working aimlessly day after day with no clear direction, and having team members cry under my wing. NO CONTRACTS
We are month to month and request if our clients no longer require our services to give us a 30 day notice. If you are unsatisfied and our services are not to your standard after the first 30 days you will receive a full refund for your tuition.
