WHAT TO EXPECT FROM 1:1 COACHING

To start your Damascus coaching you will first need to APPLY. If you qualify, there will be an initial 60 minutes discovery call with me. The purpose of this call is to learn more about you, your business, your current reality, and see if we can identify gaps that are keeping you from where you want to be. This is a POWERFUL conversation and we will possibly be going deeper than anyone has gone with you about your business and life. After the call if we are a good fit we will start working together and the onboarding process begins. Due to the nature of the training. I limit my 1:1 coaching to only 8 clients at any one time.

I don’t hand you a cookie-cutter template. I provide a battle-tested framework and walk beside you as you go through the DAMASCUS FORGE PROCESS.
