I became a father at seventeen, built a seven-figure business straight out of dental school, and learned the hard way that success on paper means nothing if you’re disconnected at home. I was grinding non-stop, but I was burnt out, distant from my family, and overwhelmed by turnover. That pain led to a turning point—one that changed everything.
Through mentorship, strategy, and a commitment to realignment, I built a life of impact, presence, and purpose—at home and in business. I created the Damascus Forge to guide other high-performing men through the same transformation. This isn’t therapy or fluff.
